Academics
Mr. Lipari earned his undergraduate degree from Columbia University in 1979. In 1982, he earned his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers School of Law – Newark.
Professional Experience
Mr. Lipari joined the firm after serving 25 years as an Assistant Prosecutor and Chief Assistant Prosecutor with the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office. He was assigned for most of his career to the Special Litigation Unit within the Prosecutor’s Office, specializing in appellate practice. As Chief Assistant Prosecutor, a position he held for over a year, he performed in a supervisory role over appeals and various other matters for which the Special Litigation Unit was responsible. For much of his career as a prosecutor, he served as a liaison between the Atlantic County Municipal Prosecutors and the Attorney General’s Office.
Admitted to Practice
Mr. Lipari is admitted to practice in New Jersey and has practiced law since 1983. He also is admitted to practice in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
