Frank is a graduate of the University of Tennessee receiving his Bachelor of Sciences in Political Science - Public Administration. Following his undergraduate studies, Frank worked for U.S. Congressman Frank A. LoBiondo (NJ-02) in his district office. Frank is a 2018 graduate of Rutgers Law School in Camden where he was a Staff Editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law and Public Policy.
After law school, Frank had the privilege of serving as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Philip E. Haines, J.S.C. in the Burlington County Criminal Division. Frank went on to spend the next three (3) years as a trial attorney for the New Jersey Office of the Public Defender in their Gloucester County Office. His time as a Public Defender provided him with valuable courtroom experience as well as extensive practical knowledge of the criminal justice system.
As a criminal defense attorney, Frank has advocated for thousands of individuals accused of all types of felony offenses, including but not limited to firearms offenses, drug possession and distribution charges, aggravated assault, sexual offenses, robbery, and homicide.
In addition to his extensive experience in Criminal Law, Frank has developed an interest and focus in Domestic Violence Restraining Order litigation, successfully representing both plaintiffs and defendants at restraining order trials in Superior Court. Noting the serious ramifications to defendants’ personal and professional lives while a restraining order is in force, Frank aggressively defended clients accused of domestic violence. Understanding that victims often turn to the legal system as a last resort, Frank handles plaintiff restraining order matters with empathy and kindness, bringing passionate advocacy to the courtroom to protect victims of household violence.
Frank was born and raised in Ocean City, New Jersey. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with friends, family and his Golden Retriever, Bruce. He enjoys watching the Eagles, Sixers, Phillies, Flyers and his beloved University of Tennessee Volunteers.
Frank is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey. He is thrilled to bring his experience and legal skills to the firm of Helmer, Conley and Kasselman, P.A.
