Gillian earned her undergraduate degree from Bucknell University in 2015 with a double major in History and Political Science. She is a 2018 graduate of William & Mary Law School, where she served as a Research Assistant in criminal law and a Senior Articles Editor for the William & Mary Environmental Law & Policy Review.
After law school, Gillian served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Daniel R. Lindemann in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Criminal Division, in Union County. Prior to joining Helmer, Conley & Kasselman, PA, in 2025, Gillian practiced as a criminal defense attorney at Cohen, Frankel, & Ruggiero, LLP, in New York City for five years, where she gained considerable experience litigating all types of federal and state criminal matters, grand jury investigation matters, and administrative agency regulatory matters.
Gillian is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Gillian was born and raised in North Jersey. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family (especially her dog, Remy) and friends, traveling, and reading.
