Bill is a 1969 graduate of Widener University and served as class president. A graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law in 1972, he was admitted to the State and Federal District Courts in New Jersey. While attending Seton Hall Law School, Bill was elected by his classmates to serve as “School Senator”. He also represented the school in the trial moot court program competition among other law schools in the metropolitan area.

Upon graduation, Bill clerked simultaneously for two Superior Court judges.

As a Master in the New Jersey Family Inn of Court, and a former prosecutor, Bill has years of extensive trial experience which includes litigating some of the major divorce and criminal cases in New Jersey.

Bill welcomes clients who need representation in divorce, custody, and equitable distribution of property. Domestic violence, criminal charges, traffic offenses, estate planning, and estate litigation. 

Bill’s clients have included United States and New Jersey State Senators, New Jersey State Assembly members, judges, lawyers, physicians, corporate executives, law enforcement officers, and members of the educational community.
