William H. Tobolsky, Esq. was recently appointed to the Board of Directors for the Construction Financial Managers Association, South Jersey chapter.
With astute legal knowledge, creative ability and skill, Tobolsky has been efficiently assisting clients with complex business and litigation matters for over 30 years. His range of practice provides counsel to a large array of businesses including regional construction companies, employers representing the manufacturing and service sectors, as well as non-profits, religious institutions, charitable foundations, and others in dispute.
Widely published, Tobolsky is a regular columnist in the national Buildings Magazine and The Barrister, Camden County Bar Association’s monthly publication. He has held editorial positions with National Trial Lawyer, New Jersey Trial Lawyer and Rutgers-Camden Law Journal. Tobolsky has also served as co-editor of New Jersey State Bar Association’s Construction Law Section newsletter. He has also published in Construction Executive magazine in its Legally Speaking column.
Tobolsky, a Cherry Hill resident, is a Trustee of the Camden County Bar Association, and is a delegate of that organization to the General Council of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
Tobolsky is a member of the Marketing and Education and Governmental Affairs Committees of the Associated Builders and Contractors – New Jersey Chapter. Moreover, he has also served as co-chair of the Construction Law Section Newsletter Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association, and a subcommittee of the American Bar Association Committee on Business and Commercial Litigation.
