My name is John Dell'Aquilo. I'm an attorney with Helmer, Conley, and Kasselman. Previously, I was a police officer for 28 years, and then served as a Deputy Attorney General for the state of New Jersey. In that capacity, I was responsible for coordinating traffic safety issues for the Attorney General, specifically DWI issues. I was involved in litigation with the Alcotest 7110 that is currently in use in New Jersey and the implementation and training regarding that instrument. Now, I do DWI defense as a focus of my work.
